Modular Conveying System

Different conveyor solutions are available for the fully automated transport of the wood pellets from the storage facilities into the burner. The system selection depends on the distance between storage device and boiler, the storage device itself and the location of the silo.

Auger Collector for storage chambers

Collectors are available in different lengths and can be combined depending on the dimensions of the storage room.

Auger transportation channels

Different channel lengths are available for the combination with the collector units. The total combined conveying distance can be up to 35 feet.

Elevator

The elevator auger with the drive motor is installed at of the boiler side of the auger conveyor assembly and electrically connected to the Boiler. The spout is connected to the pellet burner with a hose.

Elevators are available in different spout heights to allow above floor or under floor installation of the conveyor channels.

Air Conveying System

In order to cover longer distances between the furnace and the storage device for the pellet fuel, we are offering an air conveyor option. (up to 100 feet)

With a special blower system, the wood pellets are traveling from the storage to the furnace through a 2 inch hose.

Pellet Storage: Sack Silo

A cost efficient way of pellet storage is our sack silos. They allow as well air conveying as auger conveying of the pellets to the burner. - Wood pellets are a 100% natural product and are odorless. With the high energy density, there will be enough room inside your garage or basement.

Pellet Storage: Underground Silo

With the Air Conveyor Option, the wood pellets can be stored in a buried tank under the driveway or the frontyard.

Pellet Storage Chamber with inclinated floor:

Our Auger collector channels are providing support for the inclinated floorboards of the pellet storage room. Modules are available for the conveying with air as well as directly with an auger channel.

Solar Heating Combination

Combination with solar panels is available and very efficient. Domestic hot water preparation is included.
